So it's been a few months since my last entry but in my defense, I don't own a computer, I'm constantly either leaving or getting back from someplace, it was my birthday last week and I type with two fingers. All that said i'm here now to tell you a hell of a lot has happened in the last threeish months so lets start with the most recent.
Well last monday was the day my sweet mother decided that the bun in her oven was done and was kind enough to spit me out at a hospital in St.Paul MN, so as the tradition goes I celebrated, not too crazy mind you because I had to awaken at 5 am to catch a flight to Oklahoma to be a special guest in a Popwar demo.
Now i don't ride for Popwar but i have a special place in my heart for the skaters they decided to sponsor. I haven't done a demo in over two years so I figured I was about due. Long story short it was epic. The park was cold and dark but well built. The kids were cool but someone ran off with my scarf and the night's festivities raged on until that bastard of a sun decided to rise and pull our party train to a sauntering halt. All that in a day. Wow. In desperate need of some sleep they brought me to the airport at which point they headed west to Albuquerque NM and I headed east to Miami FL.
Once arrived and not more than fifteen minutes off the plane I was at a spot with Danny Renaud and Josh Stewert watching Danny backside tailslide this gnarschool gap to electrical box thing with this ginormus tree obstructing the landing. After a handful of tries Danny ran backwards full speed into it. It would have mortally wounded any other human but Danny (definitely unlike any normal human) survived and will be ripping harder than you in a few days time. So now i'm in an apartment with Josh Stewert, Benny, Olly and Ben Colen. More on that in the near future, goodnight...Clint
